These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User "", or "you") and bat77 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the bat77 website located at https://bat77.cam, including all associated services, products, betting markets, casino games, promotional offers and any other features made available through the Platform (collectively, the "Services").

bat77 operates under applicable international licensing frameworks. The Platform does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and makes no representation that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan. Players located in Pakistan must independently satisfy themselves that their participation complies with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform to access the Services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawal processing and as otherwise required by applicable compliance obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of the Services is restricted, prohibited or unlicensed under applicable law.
• "Sporting Event" means any cricket match, PSL fixture, ICC tournament, football match, UFC bout, esports competition or other event on which the Platform accepts wagers.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

Your use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your Account.

These Terms are effective from the date displayed at the top of this page. bat77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Clause 16. Continued use of the Services following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

To register and maintain an Account on bat77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to your location. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships and other legal persons may not register as Players.
• You must not be accessing the Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor or close family member of bat77 or any of its affiliated entities, unless express written permission has been granted.
• You must not be registered on any applicable self-exclusion register or have a self-exclusion agreement in force with bat77 or an affiliated operator at the time of registration.
• You must not have had a bat77 Account previously closed for breach of these Terms.

bat77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the Platform's reasonable satisfaction.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. bat77 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration data provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out using your Account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified bat77 of unauthorised access in writing without delay.

bat77 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks as part of its compliance obligations. Players must complete KYC before any withdrawal is processed. bat77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including immediately after registration or before processing a deposit.

Accepted KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo identification such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the preceding three months confirming your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentary evidence of the payment method used to fund the Account, where required by compliance protocols.

bat77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Providing false, fraudulent or misleading documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

bat77 supports PKR-denominated transactions where available. The Platform acknowledges the payment environment familiar to Pakistani users — including services contextually associated with Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — however, the availability of specific payment methods in the cashier at any given time is subject to the operator's current integrations. None of these payment providers endorse gambling or this operator.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier interface and are subject to change without prior notice. bat77 reserves the right to return deposits where KYC verification has not been completed.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically and operationally feasible. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only; bat77 does not guarantee completion within any specific timeframe. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC completion, bonus wagering requirement fulfilment and fraud screening.

Currency: Where the Platform displays amounts in PKR, these are indicative. The Platform's base processing currency and applicable exchange rates are determined by the operator. Any currency conversion fees charged by a Player's bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

bat77 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback promotions and other incentives to Players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all bat77 promotions unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Until the Wagering Requirement is met, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn.
• A maximum bet restriction applies during active bonus play. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are published in the relevant promotion terms. Live sports betting, live casino games and certain slots may carry reduced or zero contribution.
• bat77 does not use fake countdown timers or fabricated scarcity to pressure players into accepting promotions. Promotion periods are real and will be clearly stated.
• bat77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse, technical error or where required by applicable compliance obligations.
• One promotional offer per household, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All bets placed through the bat77 sportsbook are subject to the specific market rules published within the relevant betting market. Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and T20 international series — are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules available in the Platform's help section.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and binding once a confirmation is issued by the Platform. bat77 reserves the right to decline or restrict any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided where an event is cancelled, abandoned or rescheduled beyond the specified settlement window, or where a market was offered in error at manifestly incorrect odds.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets may be suspended or closed at any time. Bets placed during a suspension period will be void. The Platform is not liable for connectivity issues preventing a Player from placing an in-play wager.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game, all affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned. The Platform is not liable for losses arising from interrupted gameplay due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Winnings: Winnings are credited to the Account Balance after result confirmation. Settlement times vary by market and sport. bat77 reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation where there is reason to suspect rule violation.
• Errors: bat77 reserves the right to correct any manifest error in odds, payouts or game results. Payouts made in error are recoverable by the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bat77 Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Creating multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or in the name of another person.
• Using the Account of another person or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or use of non-public information to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games, poker or any multi-player product.
• Exploiting software errors, technical faults or loopholes in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not payable and will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by bat77.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematically exploiting promotional offers through coordinated low-risk play designed to extract value without genuine recreational intent.
• Using the Services for any money laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of criminal conduct.
• Accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

bat77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used in connection with fraudulent, illegal or prohibited activity.
• Continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
• A self-exclusion request has been made by the Account holder or received from a recognised responsible gambling authority.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable period following request.

Upon Account closure for breach, bat77 reserves the right to retain any Balance as partial compensation for losses incurred. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request in good standing, any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending bonus wagering) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

bat77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

Access to the bat77 Platform is restricted to adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator/license jurisdiction. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.

All content on the bat77 Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, database structure and game assets (collectively, the "Content"), is the exclusive property of bat77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any Content; use any Content for commercial purposes without express written consent; or remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on any Content.

Any unauthorised use of the Content may result in Account suspension, civil liability and/or criminal prosecution under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat77, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, connectivity issues or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses arising from a Player's decision to use the Services in a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with applicable local laws, including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bat77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bat77 holds its applicable international operating licence.

Complaints Procedure: If you have a complaint regarding the Services, you should first contact the bat77 support team at [email protected], setting out the nature of your complaint clearly and in writing. bat77 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 business days and will endeavour to provide a resolution within 28 days of receipt.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through bat77's internal process, escalation options available under the applicable licensing framework will be communicated to you at that stage. bat77 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in respect of disputes arising from these Terms.

bat77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bat77 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the effective date displayed at the top of this page. Where required by applicable law or the operator's licensing obligations, more prominent notice may be provided.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Services and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
